All Cities USA is a Nevada corporation

We started doing Loan Modifications in November 2008 under the Bush Administration guidelines and most recently under the Guidelines of the Obama administration.
Since then, Sarah Laflin, has worked with several major lenders and Loan servicing companies such as Wells Fargo, Chase Bank, WAMU, Countrywide which is now owned by Bank Of America, Indy-Mac Bank, Downey Savings and Pomona First Federal which is now owned by US bank, Merrill-Lynch, Aurora Loan servicing, Taylor-Bean, and Wachovia just to name a few. This corporation was started by Robert Laflin as an appraisal company and has expanded to all Real estate services with emphasis on Loan Modifications. Gordon Strange, licensed attorney for the state of California is the personal attorney of Sarah Laflin and is a part of this growing team.
Sarah Laflin, known as the “Erin Brockovich” of Loan Modifications
has an extensive background in all divisions of Real estate and has worked in an independent Escrow office, worked with Lawyer’s Title as a Title Sales representative and Title Officer (now owned by Chicago-Fidelity Title), appraised up until 1992 and helped seniors with Reverse Mortgages as well as first time home buyers acquire the loans needed for their first real estate purchases. Sarah has been doing Loan Modifications since November 2008 and has expanded her staff due to increased demand.
Her success is founded on determination, hard work and integrity,
and this has proven to provide successful loan modifications for her client base. The down-turn of our economy has produced a number of negative factors which include loss of wages, loss of jobs, declining market values and an increased number of foreclosures and bankruptcies. All of these factors provide the need for Loan Modifications. With unemployment at an all time HIGH, Loan Modifying is the simplest way for people to protect their most important investment which is home ownership. Homeownership is and will continue to be an important part of the AMERICAN DREAM.
