For over 35 years I have worked as a licensed electrical professional (over 25 years as a Master electrician). I recently retired as the operations manager of the DFW branch of a national electrical service contractor to devote more time to real estate. My construction experience ranges from custom homes to managing large commercial jobs including office buildings in downtown Dallas & Fort Worth. Having been heavily involved with quality control, negotiating change orders, managing safety taskforce teams and scope changes on all my job sites, I am abundantly familiar with proper construction methods, negotiating and contract enforcement.
My wife, Teresa, and I are presently the owners of a beef cow calf operation (small ranch) in Johnson county which we have operated for over 25 years.
